Monday Dough Letters!

Monday morning is dough letters day! We were not able to do dough letters last week (because I didn't get it together in time!), so we had a makeup week this week. This week was A and B, so we rolled out our dough, we put cinnamon and sugar on it, and baked it in the oven, and then we got to eat our bread for a snack! Yay! Dough letters were so much fun!

Buddies!

Last Friday we met our Buddies for the first time! It was so much fun, and I apologize for being so late in putting up pictures. Our fourth grade class this year has lots of boys and only four girls.....so our boys each get a buddy of their very own, and our girls get to share each other, four kindergarteners for each fourth grade buddy! We love our buddies!

First day of School!

What a wonderful day we had today! Your children are so fun and sweet, and it was great getting to know them a little bit today. I'm sure we will get to know each other a lot more as the year goes on! We had a great day, we learned about all of the different procedures in our classroom and went on a scavenger hunt around the school to see all of the different places at school. We ended in our favorite place, the classroom, and had some cookies and then
played out side. We also had fun with free time at the end of the day! What a great group of kids! I am looking forward to the school year! (Oh, and the pictures are from last to first....sorry about that!)
